As a certified Systemic Change Manager<\/strong> and Agile Coach<\/strong>, I integrate a wealth of knowledge into my work with teams and managers. As a Scrum Master and Design Thinker, I can also apply this New Work Mindset<\/strong> in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In over 20 years of working as a freelance choreographer<\/strong>, I have also developed a strength in leading multidisciplinary groups through complex projects. In this art form, you work under time pressure, with constantly changing parameters and challenges. It is a field of work in which agility has long been a prerequisite for productive work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my professional career in the cultural sector to date, I have gained leadership experience<\/strong> in various positions in addition to my artistic work and have initiated or accompanied several change processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the creative-artistic methods, I bring my extensive experience as a dance artist and manager in the cultural sector to this work and mediate across a broad spectrum of disciplines and organizations. I facilitate in the fields of urban planning, culture and other interdisciplinary settings. At the core of my work lies a deep trust in the art of improvisation as the most effective practice for transformative action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s important to me<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For me, creativity<\/strong> means thinking in all directions. Building on two decades of artistic and pedagogical work, I have developed a form of team training <\/strong><\/a>that focuses on the body and perception, that trains curiosity and imagination. This somatic approach via the body can trigger miraculous developments, especially for teams in which there is resistance that has already been talked about a lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
